PITROSOIL® 

         ECOSOIL-is biodegradable,  synthetic co-polymer based that is primarily designed to control dust and erosion. It’s non-hazardous, meaning it’s safe for the environment and safe to transport by land, sea or air. Polymer2 will not migrate away from treated areas and will not seep into the groundwater. It will not wash away in the rain.

PITROSOIL is added to watering trucks and mixed with water and sprayed onto road surfaces, coal tailing surface and mine tailing bondsurface. It improves dust suppression performance while reducing water by at least 95-99%. Extremely cold weather tested, good resistant water, long durable result

  • It is applied using a spray truck with special nozzle and sprinkling cans at an application rate of 1.0-2.5 liter per m2 (concentrate). Initial rate is 1-2.0 liter per m2 mix in soil than compact. second rate will be just spray 1 liter per m2 on the roadway surface. Maximum best before 12 month. Depending on soil type, climate condition.

Piles of coal, ore, salt, sulfur, limestone and other aggregates bring with them multiple stockpile management concerns. Effective stockpile / coal pile dust control means keeping stockpile moisture content as low as possible. Sealing stockpiles against moisture and oxygen is the only practical way of preventing the deterioration of stored coal and other inventory.

Unsealed coal piles are likely to have lower BTU values, burn less efficiently and bear the ravages of freezing and oxidation. They will emit coal dust, an environmental and health concern, and result in actual loss of coal.
